Returns policy

To make shopping with us easy we’re happy to accept returns for an exchange or credit but not refund.

Here’s the simple procedure for return/exchange/refund goods purchased online:

  • We accept exchange by mail, just contact us by phone or email on the contact page

  • Returns will be accepted and a credit note provided. Let us know and we’ll issue you an electronic voucher you can use on any online purchase within 12 months of issue.

  • Exchanges/Returns after the 22nd of December may not processed untill after the 10th of January the following year.

Here are some conditions

  • All return/exchange must be requested within 14 days of purchase

  • All return/exchange products are subject to inspection.

  • Any shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and cannot be refunded unless the product is faulty.

  • We do not accept any returns for exchange or refund on sale items unless the product is faulty.
