Returns policy
To make shopping with us easy we’re happy to accept returns for an exchange or credit but not refund.
Here’s the simple procedure for return/exchange/refund goods purchased online:

We accept exchange by mail, just contact us by phone or email on the contact page

Returns will be accepted and a credit note provided. Let us know and we’ll issue you an electronic voucher you can use on any online purchase within 12 months of issue.

Exchanges/Returns after the 22nd of December may not processed untill after the 10th of January the following year.
Here are some conditions

All return/exchange must be requested within 14 days of purchase

All return/exchange products are subject to inspection.

Any shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and cannot be refunded unless the product is faulty.

We do not accept any returns for exchange or refund on sale items unless the product is faulty.
